Manny spent many years working closely with Dave Stone and the Stone Institute as an associate consultant. During this time he was trained and mentored in Dave's education, sales and marketing programs while working with clients on their individual strategies. The educational programs and marketing concepts Manny presents today have their foundation in Dave's teachings. These programs are designed to work effectively in all new home markets - from the affordable to the high end of the market and from individual homes to communities. PBS Inc. main focus is to train and guide builders and marketing/sales companies in management, marketing, sales training, and construction satisfaction programs. PBS Inc. is a full-service marketing and sales consulting firm that can create complete marketing programs, as well as critique existing marketing and sales efforts, and guide the re-direction of these sales and marketing endeavors. PBS Inc. also has done extensive training with builders and subcontractors in construction satisfaction programs designed not only to deliver a better product, but to limit overages and therefore, lost profits. In his current role, Manny has had the opportunity to speak at several national venues -- National Association of Home Builders, Midwest Builder's Conference, Pacific Coast Builder's Conference, Builder Marketing Society, New Home Marketing Group of America, Home Builders' Associations, Sales and Marketing Councils, and other industry groups throughout the United States. He also teaches all four IRM courses. Manny is available to speak to your local builder's association or sales and marketing council. He has served as president of his local sales and marketing council, his local home builders association, and the Pacific Coast Builder's Conference and was the 2001 Chairman of the National Sales & Marketing Council. He actively serves on many industry boards including the Institute of Residential Marketing, and the Home Builder's Association of Northern California. PBS Inc's clients range from custom home builders and sales companies doing very small annual volume to major corporate builders and sales/marketing companies handling both attached and detached homes, as well as master planned communities. Regardless of the client, Manny's personalized service remains the same. Providing counsel and concepts that not only fit the market but the individual company's needs is key to the success of PBS Inc.
